Shipping Policy
We will arrange for shipment of your placed order. Your ordered product(s) will be shipped from our warehouse located in Sivakasi.
We try to deliver the ordered product(s) within 3 to 5 business days depending on the delivery address. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment.
Orders are delivered by third-party courier/logistics companies between Monday and Sunday during business hours.
Delivery Signature
The product(s) will require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible if the product is signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order.
We are not responsible for product damage after delivery if the package has been opened. Any shortage or damage must be reported on the same day of delivery through our Contact Us page and must be noted on the Proof of Delivery.
Shipping & Handling Rates
- Rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Prepaid orders: Free delivery.
- COD orders: Minimum charge of INR 50.
- Rates may vary based on product size, type, volume, packaging, etc.
Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Return Policy
Once your order is delivered and accepted as accurate, no exchange or refund is possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 7 days in its original packaging with a remark. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to send the product via courier.
Returns must include:
- Original invoice/receipt
- Return/Exchange authorization number
- Unopened and sealed product
Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Return processing may take up to 3 weeks, after which you will be notified.
Replacement
If a wrong product is delivered, notify us within 3 business days via email or call. Return the product within 7 days in original packaging.
We will bear courier charges and dispatch the replacement within 4 to 5 business days.
Changes & Cancellation
Any changes to order specifications, quantity, or items will be reflected in the order details. Cancellations or quantity changes can be made before the product is shipped.
If your payment is not approved or there is an issue with your payment method, we may cancel the order without liability.
Duplicate Order Refund
If you mistakenly place a duplicate order, notify us within 2 business days. Courier expenses will be borne by you, and a 3% penalty will apply. Refund time is 7–8 days or as per bank policies.
Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed with incorrect pricing, due to technical or manual error. If payment is already made, the full amount will be refunded.
