Cancellation and Return Policy

Once your order is delivered and confirmed to be accurate, no exchange or refund is possible.

If a product is damaged or does not match your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging along with a remark. If reverse pickup is unavailable due to logistics constraints, you may be asked to return the product via courier service.

All returned product(s) must include:

  • Original invoice/receipt
  • Return/Exchange authorization number
  • Unopened and sealed condition of the product(s)

Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return processing may take up to 3 weeks, after which you will be notified.

Replacement

If you received the wrong product(s), inform us within 3 business days via email or call. The product must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging along with a remark.

Courier charges will be borne by us, and the replacement product will be dispatched within 4 to 5 business days.

Changes & Cancellation

Any additions, specification changes, or quantity changes made to accepted orders will be updated in the order details.

Cancellations or quantity changes may be allowed before the order is shipped.

If your payment method is not approved or any issue occurs with your selected payment mode, we may cancel the order without liability.

Duplicate Order Refund

If you unintentionally place the same order twice and request a refund for one, you must inform us within 2 business days via email or call.

Courier expenses will be borne by you, and a 3% penalty may apply. Refunds take 7–8 days or follow your bank’s policies.

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed with incorrect pricing due to technical or manual errors. This applies even if the order is confirmed or payment has been made.

The full paid amount will be refunded, and you will be notified.
